Starting Times. (a) The starting times for shifts will under normal conditions be: Continuous Operation Day Shift 8:00 a.m. Afternoon Shift 4:00 p.m. Night Shift 12:00 Midnight (b) The above starting times, as established by the Company, may be changed by mutual agreement of the Company and the Union to meet the requirements and level of operations.
