Common use of State Bar and Local Endorsement Program Clause in Contracts

State Bar and Local Endorsement Program. State Street will continue to seek state and local bar endorsements that will provide value to the Program in light of time and costs associated with obtaining such endorsements and shall maintain and renew existing endorsements at the time they may contractually be renewed when the marketing advantages of such relationships provide a value to the Program in light of the time and costs associated with maintaining such endorsements.
