State Contract Manager. DIR shall provide a Contract Manager whose duties shall include but not be limited to: i) advising DIR and Vendor of Vendor’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Contract, and ii) periodic verification of pricing and, iii) verification of monthly reports submitted by Vendor.

State Contract Manager. The term “State Contract Manager” shall mean the individual designated by Owner to act as the contract manager to supervise the operation of the Properties and the activities of Property Manager in connection therewith, and to perform other contract administration consistent with the applicable requirements of AS 36.30 (State Procurement Code). Owner may change State Contract Manager at any time and for any reason, and, shall give Property Manager written notice of any such change.
