STATEMENT OF MUTUAL INVOLVEMENT. To perform the Agency’s stewardship and land management responsibilities, and meet the requirements in the Good Neighbor Authority, the Forest Service must be involved in the development and implementation of any work performed on NFS lands. The Forest Service’s specific responsibilities are described in detail in each SPA.
