Statement of Requirements. The Base Agreement Awardee shall provide the necessary personnel and facilities to perform the applicable work requirements and shall furnish the supplies/services outlined in each Research Project Award in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Base Agreement and any additional terms included in each Research Project Award.
