Statistics Sample Clauses

The Statistics clause defines how statistical data related to the agreement will be collected, used, and possibly shared between the parties. Typically, this clause outlines the types of data that may be gathered, such as usage metrics, performance figures, or demographic information, and may specify the purposes for which these statistics can be used, such as improving services or reporting. Its core function is to ensure transparency and set boundaries regarding the handling of statistical information, thereby protecting the interests of both parties and clarifying expectations around data use.
