Status of the Parties. Neither Party is a partner, joint venture, co-principal, employer, or co- employer of the other or of an employee of the other Party. Each Party shall be solely responsible for paying all salaries, wages, benefits, and other compensation to which its respective employees or subcontractors may be entitled to receive in connection with performing services under this Agreement and any related Course Agreement.
