STATUTORY CERTIFICATES. 20.1 The Developer, at its cost, shall furnish the Purchaser with the following certificate on or before the Transfer Date: 20.1.1 Electrical Compliance Certificate as contemplated in Article 3 of the Regulation 2920 promulgated in terms of the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act, Act 6 of 1983, in respect of the electrical installation.
