The Parties anticipate that these audits will be carried out at annual intervals but the Authority may carry out other periodic monitoring or spot checks at any other time subject to reasonable notice and during business hours (unless otherwise required for security reasons). In each case, the Supplier shall co-operate, and shall procure that its Sub- Contractors co-operate, with the Authority, including by providing the Authority with all necessary information and documentation, and access to any relevant Supplier's personnel and/or to any relevant place from which the Available Services are provided, which it reasonably requires in connection with its rights under this Clause 13.6 at no additional charge to the Authority. 13.7 If an audit identifies that the Supplier has failed to perform its obligations under this Framework Agreement in any material manner, the Parties shall agree and implement a remedial plan within a reasonable time considering the nature and gravity of the failure.
