SUPPLIER shall inform BOSCH well in advance and comprehensively about Changes of production methods, production equipment, processes without influence on form, fit, function, performance and reliability (including at sub-suppliers in the supply chain), Changes of test methods and test equipment, Relocating or setting up of production equipment at the same site, Suspension of development and/or maintenance of digital goods (legacy support), to allow BOSCH to verify that the planned changes have no negative impact. For electronic components used in automotive applications the change management shall be according to ZVEI “Guideline for Customer Notifications of Product and/or Process Changes (PCN) of Electronic Components specified for Automotive Applications” (revision 3, January 2015 or newer). Information and Documentation. In order to process a withdrawal, BCLC may require information and documentation from you that it considers necessary or advisable in its sole discretion, including information and documentation BCLC determines necessary or advisable to:
a. verify your identity;
b. comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements including FINTRAC reporting obligations;
c. comply with BCLC's validation and security procedures;
▇. ▇▇ prevent and investigate Prohibited Activities; and
e. to ensure compliance with the Player Agreement, Rules, Terms of Use, or, Promotion Conditions.

The Supplier shall notify the Buyer without undue delay if it becomes apparent that valid agreements, e.g. quality assurances, deadlines or delivery volumes, cannot be satisfied.
