Information and Documentation. 7.1. The User agrees to provide the Operating Company with any information and documentation required for the performance of the Capacity Agreement, guaranteeing the truthfulness, accuracy, integrity and authenticity thereof 7.2. As regards any personal data of which the Parties may become aware subsequent to the execution and during the performance of the Agreement, they declare and warrant that such data will be processed in accordance with the personal data protection rules contained in EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”). In this regard, the User acknowledges that it has viewed the information on the processing of personal data published by the Operating Company in the dedicated section on its website and it agrees to provide it to any persons belonging to its organisation whose data will be processed by the Operating Company for the purposes of the performance of the Regasification Service, declaring that it will fully indemnify and hold harmless the Operating Company from and against any request, objection and/or adverse consequence that it may receive and/or suffer.

Information and Documentation. During contract review, SUPPLIER shall check all documents, upon receipt for feasibility. In this context SUPPLIER shall provide quality evidences agreed between BOSCH and SUPPLIER. SUPPLIER shall inform BOSCH well in advance and comprehensively about Changes of production methods, production equipment, processes without influence on form, fit, function, performance and reliability (including at sub-suppliers in the supply chain), Changes of test methods and test equipment, Relocating or setting up of production equipment at the same site, Suspension of development and/or maintenance of digital goods (legacy support), to allow BOSCH to verify that the planned changes have no negative impact. For electronic components used in automotive applications the change management shall be according to ZVEI “Guideline for Customer Notifications of Product and/or Process Changes (PCN) of Electronic Components specified for Automotive Applications” (revision 3, January 2015 or newer). SUPPLIER’s first deliveries after start of production and after implementation of the changes stated above must be identified according to BOSCH requirements. Information and Documentation. In order to process a withdrawal, BCLC may require information and documentation from you that it considers necessary or advisable in its sole discretion, including information and documentation BCLC determines necessary or advisable to: a. verify your identity; b. comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements including FINTRAC reporting obligations; c. comply with BCLC's validation and security procedures; ▇. ▇▇ prevent and investigate Prohibited Activities; and e. to ensure compliance with the Player Agreement, Rules, Terms of Use, or, Promotion Conditions.

Information and Documentation. The Supplier shall notify the Buyer without undue delay if it becomes apparent that valid agreements, e.g. quality assurances, deadlines or delivery volumes, cannot be satisfied. The Supplier shall notify the Buyer without undue delay of any deviations identified after shipping has taken place. The Supplier will document all changes to the product and the process chain in a product lifecycle, which it shall submit to Buyer upon instruction. The Supplier shall introduce suitable work instructions to control all documents and data. Documents of external origin, such as standards and customer drawings, shall be included to an adequate extent. The mandatory retention period for documents is at least 15 years, which shall begin with the final delivery from series production.

Information and Documentation. Purchaser agrees to supply IPA, upon request, with such information and documentation, including opinions of counsel for Purchaser, as IPA shall reasonably determine to be necessary to facilitate the issuance of Renewal Contract Project Indebtedness for the purposes described in this Section 15.

There shall be a minimum archiving period of 10 years for all documentation and drawings relating to the parties’ agreements and the products SUPPLIER provides to BOSCH, commencing on the date of the final series production delivery. Documents and drawings must be archived and disposed of in such a way that they cannot be accessed by third parties.

There will be no obligation to inform where such changes pertain to non-Bosch-specific catalog goods.
