STEP-IN. 4.1 Step-In Notice Subject to Section 4.3 and without prejudice to the Security Trustee’s rights under the Security Documents, the Agent may give the Authority a notice (a “Step-In Notice”) at any time during an Indicative Notice Period or a Termination Notice Period, as the case may be.
