Common use of Step One Clause in Contracts

Step One. If an employee believes she may have a grievance, she may first submit a grievance to and discuss the matter with her immediate supervisor, accompanied by her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ if she so wishes. The supervisor shall give her reply within five calendar days.
