Common use of Step Six Clause in Contracts

Step Six. Arbitration^ ^ If satisfactory disposition is not rendered by the Board and Grievant elects to proceed directly to arbitration, or the matter is not resolved through mediation, Grievant shall, within ten (10) working days of receipt of the Board’s disposition or the date of the unsuccessful mediation (whichever is applicable), forward to the Board Treasurer and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) a demand for arbitration. (Copies of this Grievance Form shall be given/sent to the Association President, Grievant and the Appropriate Administrator.)
