Steps of Grievance Clause Samples

The "Steps of Grievance" clause outlines the formal process that employees or parties must follow to raise and resolve complaints or disputes within an organization. Typically, this clause describes a series of escalating steps, such as first discussing the issue with a supervisor, then submitting a written complaint, and finally involving higher management or an external mediator if the issue remains unresolved. By providing a clear, structured pathway for addressing grievances, this clause ensures that concerns are handled fairly and systematically, reducing misunderstandings and helping to resolve conflicts efficiently.
