Stipends for Thesis Supervision. Faculty Members shall be entitled to compensation for thesis supervision of students enrolled at Saint Mary’s University as follows: (a) Primary supervision of masters theses: for every completed thesis, $1,050 in an individual professional development fund or a $1,050 honorarium, effective September 2000; $1103 effective September 2001; $1158 effective September 2002. (b) Primary supervision of major research projects (MRP) as apart of the Masters of Business Administration or Executive Masters of Business Administration programs: for every completed MRP, $525 in an individual professional development fund or a $525 honorarium, effective September 2000; $551 effective September 2001; $579 effective September 2002. (c) Primary supervision of undergraduate honors theses: for every completed thesis, $263 in an individual professional development fund or a $263 honorarium, effective September 2000; $276 effective September 2001; $289 effective September 2002.

  • Board Supervision All of the functions undertaken by the Investment Manager hereunder shall at all times be subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, its executive committee, or any committee or officers of the Company acting under the authority of the Board of Directors.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract.
