Common use of Stipulated Values Clause in Contracts

Stipulated Values. The value of the energy savings will be derived from the measured data and engineering formulae included herein, and the applicable energy charges as defined in Attachment G. In some cases, energy usage and/or demand will be calculated from measured variables that directly relate to energy consumption, demand or cost, such as, but not limited to, measured flow, temperature, current, voltage, enthalpy or pressure.
