Common use of Stock Ledger Clause in Contracts

Stock Ledger. A record shall be kept by the secretary, transfer agent or by any other officer, employee or agent of the Corporation designated by the board of directors of the name of the person, firm or corporation holding the stock represented by such certificate, the number of shares represented by such certificate, and the date of issuance thereof, and in case of cancellation, the date of cancellation.

Stock Ledger. A record shall be kept by the secretary, transfer agent Secretary or by any other officer, employee or agent of the Corporation designated by the board Board of directors Directors of the name of each Person holding capital stock of the person, firm or corporation holding the stock represented by such certificateCorporation, the number of shares represented by such certificateby, and the date of issuance thereofrespective dates of, and each certificate or book entry for such capital stock, and, in case of cancellationcancellation of any such certificate or book entry, the date respective dates of cancellation.
