Storage of Customer Data. Paxata does not provide an archiving service. Paxata agrees only that it shall not intentionally delete any Customer Data from the Paxata Product prior to termination of Customer’s applicable Subscription Term. Paxata expressly disclaims all other obligations with respect to storage.
