Storms. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless local authorities order a mandatory evacuation for a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning Area" that includes the Premises. If a mandatory evacuation occurs, we will refund any unused portion of Tenant’s rent.
