Structural Efficiency. To gain maximum efficiency at the enterprise the following shall apply: a) Employees may be directed to carry out such duties and use such tools as may be required, which are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training, including but not limited by duties which are incidental and peripheral to the employee’s main task or function; b) Employees may be directed to transfer to another job, or location, or onto or off a building or construction site; c) Any instruction issued by the Company pursuant to sub clause (a) and (b) of this clause shall be consistent with the Company’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment.
