Structural Engineering. Developer shall perform all structural engineering work, the cost of which will be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. If performance of the structural engineering work reveals any Unanticipated Conditions, then Developer shall be entitled to a Change Order pursuant to Section 7.4.
