STRUCTURE OF MASTER PLAN Clause Samples

The "Structure of Master Plan" clause defines how the overall master plan for a project or development is organized and presented. It typically outlines the key components, such as zoning, land use, infrastructure, and phasing, and may specify the format or level of detail required for each section. By establishing a clear framework for the master plan, this clause ensures consistency, facilitates review and approval processes, and helps all parties understand the scope and sequence of the proposed development.
