The Student Choice clause grants students the ability to select from a range of options provided within an agreement or policy. In practice, this may allow students to choose between different courses, assessment methods, or participation formats, depending on what the institution offers. The core function of this clause is to empower students with flexibility and autonomy, ensuring that their individual preferences or needs can be accommodated within the educational framework.

(c) The University shall post the Bank List and the URL for the terms and conditions of each Bank Financial Account on its website.

  • Union Education If the local union indicates to the Hospital that its members have approved a special assessment for union education in accordance with the CUPE constitution and local union by laws, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment. Such assessment will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established and administered by OCHU/CUPE for this purpose.

  • Student Teachers All student teachers shall be assigned to the sites only by the Executive Director of Human Resources. The building principal will be responsible for placement of the student teachers within his/her building. Student teachers shall be assigned to a teacher only with the teacher's consent. Supervising teachers shall be notified at least four (4) weeks prior to the arrival of the student teacher.

  • Dependent Care The College will make available to employees, at their option, an Internal Revenue Service Code Section 129 Dependent Care plan. The plan will be established, administered, and communicated to employees by the State without cost to the employees.
