THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. A. Provide the Student a space in a Residence Hall at UC ▇▇▇▇▇. The University, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to utilize single rooms for double occupancy and double rooms for triple occupancy and, if such occurs, the Student shall be charged a lower room rate as determined by the University. In addition, the University reserves the right to reduce the number of residents per room, as space becomes available. The terms and conditions set forth herein are applicable to single, double, and triple occupancy rooms occupied by one, two, or three residents. Room furnishings for the Student include a bed, mattress, desk, bookshelf, chair, chest of drawers, study lamp and wastebasket. Each room contains window coverings, and some include a wardrobe for each occupant.
B. Provide meals to students in the Dining Commons seven days a week, including most academic holidays as specified in the Residence Hall Schedule. The Dining Commons can accommodate most dietary needs through our Special Accommodations process. This contract is for room and board; a residence hall contract for room only is not available.
C. Provide cleaning service for common areas (lounges, hallways, and community bathrooms) of the Residence Hall. No linen service is provided.
D. Provide data Internet connection for each room. Maintain the inside wiring and connections in good working order.

The University, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to utilize single rooms and studio apartments for double occupancy and, if such occurs, the Student shall be charged a lower room rate as determined by the University. THE UNIVERSITY SHALL a. Provide the Student with a single or double occupancy furnished room in UMW Residence Life Housing for the term of this Contract. The University, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to utilize single rooms for double occupancy and reserves the right to reduce the number of residents per room as space becomes available. The terms and conditions set forth herein are applicable to single and double occupancy rooms occupied by either one or two residents.
b. Provide the same or other room accommodations in UMW Residence Life Housing during periods of recess, at an extra cost and provided that such space is available.
c. Provide cleaning service for common areas (lounges, hallways, and bathrooms) of the Residence Halls.
d. Guarantee all first year students accommodations in the Residence Halls.
e. Not promise or guarantee to the Student an assignment to any particular room in Residence Life Housing. The University may also require the Student to move to another room at the University’s sole discretion.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. 2.3.1. Provide orientation for the Student on the rules of practical training and the results assessment procedure established by the Regulation on organization and implementation of practical training of Saint-Petersburg State University students.
2.3.2. Appoint a person responsible for the Student’s practical training on the part of the University and inform the Organization about the appointment, providing the necessary contact details.
2.3.3. Upon request submitted to the Organization the curriculum, subject syllabuses, as well as the syllabuses of curricular practical training and internships, ensuring the high quality of the Student's training.
2.3.4. Not disclose, not transfer, and not provide to third parties any confidential information that might be entrusted or become known to the University in connection with the execution of this Agreement.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. 1.1 Develop, administer, and operate the Program and provide guidelines for accomplishing the SEL;
1.2 Assign students to the Clinical Affiliate locations. The number of students assigned to the Clinical Affiliate will be set by agreement between the University and the Clinical Affiliate not less than sixty (60) days prior to the start of each semester; Provide the name of all faculty associated with the SEL, including the University’s Program Director, and each student assigned to the Clinical Affiliate locations at least four (4) full weeks prior to the arrival of each such student at the Clinical Affiliate locations;
1.3 If required by law, ensure Students are properly immunized and have had a health examination prior to beginning the SEL;
1.4 Educate students such that they understand and respect the confidential nature of patient-specific data that is available to them. All such students shall be required to comply with Clinical Affiliates policies and procedures with respect to confidentiality, including but not limited to policies regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”);
1.5 Cooperate in any inquiry or investigation by the Clinical Affiliate related to the activities or performance of any student.
1.6 Oversee the SEL contemplated by the terms of this Agreement.
1.7 Upon receipt of a request from Clinical Affiliate, withdraw or reassign any student whose work, conduct or health may have a detrimental effect on Clinical Affiliate’s clients or employees, as determined by Clinical Affiliate in its sole and absolute discretion.
1.8 Provide constructive feedback to Clinical Affiliate concerning the quality and content of the experiences students have during the SEL, and receive feedback from Clinical Affiliate regarding the Program’s content and the SEL experience.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. 6.5.1 provide quarterly and annual (or if required by HDR UK Ltd, monthly) management accounts for the Site in the appropriate template as notified by HDR UK Ltd to the University from time to time; and
6.5.2 meet all Annual Assurance requirements and prepare interim reports on a regular basis as determined by, and in the appropriate reporting template as notified by, HDR UK Ltd from time to time.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. A. Recommend for placement in the on-site education program of the Agency only those students who have earned a satisfactory record and have met the minimum requirements established by the University for HHPR degree programs within the Department of HHPR.
B. Provide the Agency with copies of current course outlines, course objectives, the curriculum philosophy, and a list of faculty and their qualifications when requested.
C. Extend the authorized representatives of the Agency an open invitation to visit the Department of HHPR at the University and consult with faculty and students in HHPR degree programs.
D. Assist the site on selection of students to the Agency with the student's knowledge and consent.
E. Have representatives of the University available to the Agency for assistance and consultation as the need arises and when possible.
F. Appoint a representative of the University to visit the Agency if possible during the field experience to assist in the supervision of the student's field experience.
G. Advise students of their responsibilities regarding participation in the on-site education process, including professional conduct and following rules and standards set by the Agency and the University.

THE UNIVERSITY SHALL a) take care of the professional development of the employee;
b) ensure timely remuneration of the employee's work;
c) ensure the freedom of teaching and research by the academic staff within the frames established by the legislation and establish appropriate conditions for his/her activities;
d) in case of necessity, ensure the necessary medical assistance (urgent) to the employee (during the study process and / or on the university territory);
e) on the initiative of the employer, ensure the final settlement with the employee when terminating the employment relationship;
f) make the employee familiar with the internal regulations, ethical norms, disciplinary liability norms, and in case of amendments and additions to them, make the employee familiar with them;
g) create the proper conditions to the employee for the smooth performance of the assigned functions and obligations;
h) ensure the labor and other social guarantees of the employee in compliance with the legislation of Georgia, the University Charter, Internal Regulations and this Contract;
i) provide the employee with annual paid leave;
j) when terminating the labor relations, the final settlement with the employee shall be made in no later than 7 (seven) calendar days.
