The Charter School is responsible for administering its discipline policy in a manner consistent with state and federal law andthat ensures students’ due process rights are satisfied, rules,including the provision of appropriate informal or formal hearings. The Charter School shall promptly notify the Chartering Authority of students expelled. The Chartering Authority shall provide expelled charter school students access to the Chartering Authority’s alternative school programs in the same manner as it provides access to any student within the LEA.
