Common use of Student Handbook Clause in Contracts

Student Handbook. Palouse Prairie School has assembled a parent/legal guardian-student handbook, following Idaho State Law, which outlines the school rules and a Code of Conduct including expectations and consequences for unacceptable behavior. A draft copy of this handbook is contained in Appendix L, and will be provided to each student’s parent or guardian at the time of the student’s initial enrollment. Additional copies of the handbook will be made available upon request.
