Common use of STUDENT PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

STUDENT PROPERTY. 17. Any personal belongings left by a resident student after the termination of this Contract may be disposed of by the College at its sole discretion. Resident students may also be assessed charges for failure to clear their rooms of personal belongings or common belongings among roommates. 18. The College is not liable for damages or loss of resident student property of any kind which may be lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged in any way. It is the resident student’s responsibility to insure and care for the physical security of all personal property.
