Student Supervisors/Crossing Guards. At the point of hire a regular student supervisor or crossing guard will be given the unencumbered option of obtaining dental, extended health care and/or Medical Services Plan coverage through the Board. Should the employee decline the coverage, the employee will have waived the right to such coverage while employed as a regular student supervisor or crossing guard. The full cost of such benefit coverage will be deducted from the employee’s gross pay which includes a sixteen (16) per cent cash benefit payment. Incumbent regular student supervisors and crossing guards will be given a “window of opportunity” within two (2) months of the date of ratification of this Agreement to opt to be covered through the Board.

  • Central Committee on Violence in the Workplace The Central parties agree to create a Central Committee to review and develop best practice recommendations related to Violence in the Workplace. The Committee will take into consideration recent provincial reports related to violence in the workplace issues. The best practice recommendations will be distributed to the Joint Health and Safety Committees at each individual Home to be recommended for implementation. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient.
