Common use of Students with Disabilities Clause in Contracts

Students with Disabilities. A. The School Corporation shall provide services and accommodations to students with disabilities in accordance with Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. § 1411 et seq.) (“IDEA”), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (20 U.S.C. § 794), and any other federal requirements concerning the education of students with disabilities. B. Pursuant to § 38-1802.10(c) of the Act, the School Corporation shall be its own LEA for the purpose of providing services to students with disabilities.
