The County of San Diego and The Environmental Trust own the Santa Fe Valley preserve areas. The County of San Diego is also in ownership of the four parcels that comprise the approximately 200-acre ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek open space preserve. Lands in 4S Ranch that are identified as future open space according to the specific plan maps are being dedicated to the County of San Diego as final maps are recorded in the planning approval process. At the time of the field surveys the County of San Diego had access to the open space areas in the southern portion of 4S Ranch where ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek crosses through the preserve.
