Subject and Purpose of the Contract. 1.1. The subject of the present Contract is the regulation of conditions, rights and obligations between the SAS and the Beneficiary of the Project financing defined in Art. 1.2. of cContract herein carried out by the Beneficiary within the IMPULZ Programme. 1.2.
