Common use of Subleasing of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Subleasing of the Premises. Sublandlord does hereby sublease, sublet and demise unto Subtenant, and Subtenant does hereby sublease and rent from Sublandlord, upon and subject to the provisions of this Sublease, approximately 21,597 rentable square feet of space located within the Prime Lease Premises and consisting of the entire fourth (4th) floor of the Building, as outlined on the floor plan attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B (the “Premises”).
