In the event the RIRs select a successor operator, the Operator shall have a plan in place for transitioning the IANA Numbering services while maintaining continuity and security of operations. This plan shall be presented by the Operator to the RIRs and the successor operator within 90 days after RIRs have informed the Operator of the selected successor.
