Submission of All Required Documentation. The following documentation is required to be submitted to the Department of Human Resources within 45 days of the completion of the course (as indicated on the transcript or grade slip). If an extension is needed, the employee must request it in writing within 45 days of the completion of the course. SMCPS will provide reimbursement within 45 days of receipt of the required documentation.
