Submission of Request. A Bank may submit a Continued Access Request for consideration by the Committee at any time, including (i) prior to formal notice from the Scorekeeper that it is in Category II or Category III, if the Bank anticipates such notice, and (ii) prior to the tenth day after a Bank receives a notification from the Scorekeeper that it is in Category II or the tenth day after a Bank receives a notification from the Scorekeeper that it is in Category III.
