Common use of Submittal and Processing of Payments Clause in Contracts

Submittal and Processing of Payments. A. Design/Builder shall submit, and Owner will process, Applications for Payment in accordance with Article 13 of the General Conditions and the Schedule of Values established in paragraph 2.06.A.3 of the General Conditions and shown in Exhibit B to this Agreement. Applications for Payment will indicate the amount of the Contract Price then payable.

Design/Builder shall submit, and Owner will process, Applications for Payment in accordance with Article 13 of the Standard General Conditions and the Schedule of Values established in paragraph 2.06.A.3 of the Standard General Conditions and shown in Exhibit B dated March 15th, 2006 to this Agreement. Applications for Payment will indicate the amount of the Contract Price then payable.
