Submittal and Processing of Payments. A. DB Entity shall submit, and Owner will process, Applications for Payment in accordance with Article 13 of the General Conditions. B. All Applications for Payment shall reference Owner’s contract number, and shall follow the same format as shown on the Application for Payment provided in the Contract Documents. C. Failure of DB Entity to follow the instructions set forth in the Contract Documents regarding a proper Application for Payment and acceptable services may result in an unavoidable delay in payment by Owner. D. Any early payment discount offered by DB Entity shall be clearly indicated on the Application for Payment), including the percentage of the discount and the time period for which the discount is valid. Owner reserves the option to accept such early payment discounts. E. DB Entity shall comply with the all provisions of the Technical Requirements relating to funding.
