Common use of Submittal Form Clause in Contracts

Submittal Form. On or before the thirtieth (30th) day of each month, the EMPLOYER will submit to the Union, a list of all EMPLOYEES covered by the Agreement who have not signed a dues deduction card, together with the number of hours worked by each such EMPLOYEE during the month previous.
