Submittal of Contract Documents. Those documents identified in the Notice of Award shall be presented to the District for approval within ten (10) business days after execution of the Agreement. Contractor shall not commence the Work under this Agreement until the Contractor has submitted and the District has approved the performance bond, payment (labor and material) bond, the certificate(s) and affidavit(s), and the endorsement(s) of insurance required and the District issues the Notice to Proceed with Services.
Submittal of Contract Documents. The originals of all drawings, work sheets, reports, computations, plans, field notes, electronic data and other Project data shall be turned over to the COUNTY as follows: 1. Upon written notice of cancellation of the Agreement. 2. Prior to final settlement of a dispute arising out of this Agreement. 3. Prior to final payment of the ultimate gross amount earned. Any notice or demand which must be given or made by a party under this Agreement or any statute or ordinance shall be in writing and shall be sent by registered or certified mail. Any notice, if mailed, properly addressed, postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, shall be deemed dispatched on the registered date or that stamped on the certified mail receipt and shall be deemed received within the second business day thereafter or when it is actually received, whichever is sooner.

(b) Executed Contract(s). (c) Notices to proceed with construction.
