Submittal of Questions and Requests for Clarification and Extensions. All questions concerning this ITB must be submitted in writing via email to the Issuing Officer identified in Table 1 - General Information. No questions other than written will be accepted. No response other than written will be binding upon the State. All suppliers must submit questions by the deadline identified in the Schedule of Events for submitting questions. Suppliers are cautioned that the Department may or may not elect to entertain late questions or questions submitted by any other method than as directed by this section.   • Amendments, Modifications and Waivers No amendment, modification or waiver in respect of this Agreement shall be effective against any party unless it shall be in writing and signed by Parent, the Company and Stockholder.

  • Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice. XOOM reserves the right, with fifteen (15) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service to accommodate any change in regulations, law, tariff or other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement.

  • Waivers and Extensions Any party to this Agreement may waive any right, breach or default which such party has the right to waive, provided that such waiver will not be effective against the waiving party unless it is in writing, is signed by such party, and specifically refers to this Agreement. Waivers may be made in advance or after the right waived has arisen or the breach or default waived has occurred. Any waiver may be conditional. No waiver of any breach of any agreement or provision herein contained shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach thereof nor of any other agreement or provision herein contained. No waiver or extension of time for performance of any obligations or acts shall be deemed a waiver or extension of the time for performance of any other obligations or acts.

  • Clarification of Bidding Documents 10.1 The prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable (hereinafter the term cable is deemed to include telex, email and facsimile) at the Employer’s mailing address indicated in the Bidding Data. 10.2 The Employer will respond in writing to any request for clarification that he receives earlier than five (5) days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids. Copies of the Employer’s response to queries raised by bidders (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the sources of the inquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who will have purchased the bidding documents.

  • Confirmations and Statements The Transfer Agent shall confirm each transaction either at the time of the transaction or through periodic reports as may be legally permitted.
