Submittal of Reports. Quarterly, by the 31st day of the subsequent month after quarter’s end, and annually by the 31st of July of each Year, and as required for the ANNUAL REPORT, ABCSD shall total the sewage flows and organic loading contributed by both PARTIES and provide the quarterly and annual totals to both parties.
