Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 FLATEL may obtain LMU information by submitting a LMU Service Inquiry (LMUSI) mechanically or manually. Mechanized LMUSIs should be submitted through BellSouth's Operational Support Systems interfaces.
