The Agency Informs the employees of intent to fill a Hearing Officer vacancy in a location and provides a 30-day window for current Hearing Officers to formally express an interest in the position. The solicitation will also provide a desired reporting date. At a minimum, the Agency will provide a 90-day report date. B.
