Subprocessor List. SurveyMonkey will, subject to the confidentiality provisions of the Agreement or otherwise imposed by SurveyMonkey:
(a) make available to Customer a list of the SurveyMonkey subcontractors who are involved in processing or subprocessing Customer Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services (“Subprocessors”), together with a description of the nature of services provided by each Subprocessor (“Subprocessor List”). A copy of this Subprocessor List may be reviewed here;
(b) ensure that all Subprocessors on the Subprocessor List are bound by contractual terms that are in all material respects no less onerous than those contained in this DPA; and
(c) be liable for the acts and omissions of its Subprocessors to the same extent SurveyMonkey would be liable if performing the services of each of those Subprocessors directly under the terms of this DPA, except as otherwise set forth in the Agreement.
Subprocessor List. Momentive will, subject to any confidentiality provisions under this Agreement or otherwise imposed by Momentive:
(a) make available to Customer a list of the Momentive subprocessors (“Subprocessors”) who are involved in processing or subprocessing Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services, together with a description of the nature of services provided by each Subprocessor (“Subprocessor List”). (b) ensure that all Subprocessors on the Subprocessor List are bound by contractual terms that are in all material respects no less onerous than those contained in this Agreement; and
(c) be liable for the acts and omissions of its Subprocessors to the same extent Momentive would be liable if performing the services of each of those Subprocessors directly under the terms of this Agreement, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement.
Subprocessor List. Customer may access a list of relevant Subprocessors engaged by Infor through Customer’s account in Infor Support portals or alternative equivalent methods (and Customer may subscribe to receive updates). For Professional Services, Infor will, upon request of the Customer, make the list available in the applicable Statement of Work / Work Order or identify such subprocessors prior to the start of the applicable Professional Services.
