Common use of Subscriber Account Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Account. (a) Subscriber will receive an account reference, and various other account details. Subscriber is solely responsible for use of the Service and for ensuring their information is kept confidential. Subscriber must notify DIGITALFORGE immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of their account. (b) Subscriber acknowledges that usernames, passwords and IP addresses may change or be changed from time to time, and specifically that fixed IP addresses are not guaranteed except in the case of custom services where this specifically comprises part of the service contract.
