Common use of Subscriber Contracts Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Contracts. The length and terms of any standard form Subscriber contract(s) shall be available for public inspection during Normal Business Hours. A list of Grantee’s current Subscriber rates and charges for Cable Service shall be maintained on file with Grantor and shall be available for public inspection. For purposes of this section, the availability of this information on Grantee’s website shall constitute compliance. Grantee’s rates shall be established in accordance with applicable law.
