Common use of Subscriber Network Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Network. The 750 MHz Cable Television System to be operated and maintained by the Licensee, over which Signals can be transmitted to Subscribers.

Subscriber Network. The 750 MHz Cable Television System to be of at least 750 MHz owned, operated and maintained by the Licensee, over which Signals can be transmitted to Subscribers.
