Subscription Fees Non-Refundable. Unless specifically provided for in this Agreement or agreed to by enSYNC in writing, all subscription fees for enSYNC Software are non-refundable.
Fees Non-Refundable All fees set forth in this Section 2.6 shall be deemed to have been earned on the date such payment is due in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall be non-refundable.
