Subscription Price Sample Clauses

Subscription Price. The Subscription Price per Subscription Share to be paid by the Subscriber to the Company for the Subscription Shares shall be the subscription price (including the applicable subscription fee and dilution levy, as applicable) as defined and specified in the Prospectus. The Subscription Price shall be paid in the reference currency of the relevant class of Shares.

Subscription Price. Each Unit is issued at a Subscription Price for Units determined by the General Partner acting in the best interests of the Partnership.

Subscription Price. Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.

Subscription Price. (i) If the Market Price is not less than the Effective Price, the subscription price (the “Subscription Price”) per share of the Advance Shares shall be the Effective Price. Following the Initial Subscription Day, the Units will be valued on the relevant Valuation Day. Thus, following the Initial Subscription Day, the subscription price per Unit will be the Net Asset Value per Unit in respect of the Valuation Day which falls on the Subscription Day at which the Units are issued (the "Subscription Price") plus the Subscription Fee if such fee is applicable as set out in Annex A for each Sub-Fund and subject to relevant taxes, levies or charges.

Subscription Price. 6.1. The Subscription Price includes the Fees and Commissions applicable to the Subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, the Fees and Commissions applicable to (i) the access to the Platform shall be paid separately by the Investor to the Company.

Microsoft will not increase the price it charges to the Reseller for an annual extension of a License by more than ten percent (10%) (as determined with reference to U.S. funds, regardless of the currency in which amounts are invoiced or payment is made) over the immediately preceding one year Licensed Period if Institution submits an extension order prior to the expiration of the Enrollment for the same Products in the same quantities as ordered in the expiring Licensed Period.
