Common use of Subscription Services Analytics Clause in Contracts

Subscription Services Analytics. KnowBe4 may use and reproduce data for the development, maintenance, support, and improvement of current and future Subscription Services; for tracking Subscription Services usage metrics and statistics; for analyzing and reporting on threat intelligence; for training artificial intelligence/machine learning; and for other similar purposes (the “Subscription Services Analytics”). KnowBe4 owns all rights in and to the Subscription Services Analytics. To the extent such data is publicly disclosed, it will only be disclosed in a generic or aggregated manner that does not directly or indirectly identify the Customer or any individual User and will exclude Customer Confidential Information and Personal Data (as defined below). KnowBe4 shall implement industry standard practice technical safeguards that prevent reidentification of data and implement industry standard practice business processes to prevent inadvertent release of Customer Data (as defined below).
